Consultations may be scheduled through our online booking system.

· Introductory calls may be free or paid, depending on the offering.

· Paid consultations are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for services rendered.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

· You may reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours notice.

· Missed or late‑canceled appointments will be charged in full.

5. Proposals & Project Work

For project‑based engagements:

· A written proposal or statement of work will outline deliverables, timelines, and fees.

· Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by G-Note Consulting, LLC—including templates, frameworks, documents, and deliverables—remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

· Participate in meetings and reviews

· Provide timely feedback

· Meet agreed‑upon deadlines

Delays in client response may impact project timelines.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high‑quality consulting services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, employee behavior changes, or job placement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G-Note Consulting, LLC is not liable for:

· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
