Rising turnover, declining engagement, and exit interviews all pointed to the same truth: teams wanted to perform at a high level, but they weren’t being equipped or developed in ways that matched the organization’s ambitions. That gap between strategy and human experience is what ultimately led me to start my own practice.
I founded this business with a belief that transformation is, at its core, a people journey. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Maryville University of Saint Louis. I’m also an active SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP), maintaining my certification through continuous professional development since 2018.
